FISA Application Breakdown
Posted on 7/22/18 at 12:17 am

Link to 412 page FISA application and all renewal applications: LINK
The actors are:
Russians
Carter Page
Candidate #1 = Trump
Candidate #2 = Hillary
US Person = Glenn Simpson
Law Firm = Perkins Coie
Source #1 = Christopher Steele
News Organization = Yahoo News/Michael Isikoff
Original Application: Oct, 2016, expired Jan, 2017
Author: Unknown, just says Supervisory Special Agent
Signed by Comey and Yates
Judge: Rosemary Collyer
First Renewal: Jan, 2017, expired April, 2017
Signed by Comey and Yates
Judge: Michael Mosman
Second Renewal: April, 2017, expired June, 2017
Signed by Comey and Dana Boente
Judge: Anne Conway
Third Renewal: June, 2017, expired Sept, 2017
Signed by McCabe and Rod Rosenstein
Judge: Raymond Dearie
First 14 pages are general fluff about Russians and Page's background and associations with Russians. Then there's about 250 out of 412 pages that are almost completely redacted.
However, there are essentially 4 duplicate applications one after another making up these 412 pages, with only a few minor changes.
And this is actually a big issue. FISA renewals are supposed to incorporate new found evidence procured from the original and each subsequent renewal to secure each proceeding renewal. But there is none of that in any of these renewals. It's virtually 1 application with 3 identical renewals still using nothing but the justifications from the original application.
That's a big no no right there.
After the first 14 pages we get into the meat. The very first physical evidence presented is... The Chris Steele Dossier.
Page 15 already exposes 2 lies.
1. The application is talking about Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) approaching and soliciting Chris Steele on behalf of the law firm, Perkins Coie, to conduct the opposition research campaign into Trump.
Then it says "[Glenn Simpson] never advised [Chris Steele] as to the motivation behind the research into [Trump's] ties to Russia."
But this isn't true. Both Glenn Simpson and Chris Steele testified and said they knew the funding was coming from the Hillary campaign and the DNC jointly through Perkins Coie, and the purpose was to collect opposition research on Trump, for Hillary and the DNC to use to smear Trump.
2. It also confirms that the FBI "compensated" Chris Steele. Something Comey claimed didn't happen. Comey said they were going to, but ultimately didn't. But the application says clear as day they compensated him.
Here is the application quoting the Dossier, but attributing it to Steele. The Dossier claims that Page met secretly with a Russian for the purpose of securing compromising material (Kompromat) on Hillary (Candidate #2).
Of course, this never happened. Not only did they not verify that Page never met with this guy, but there obviously never was any Hillary compromising materials supplied by Russia to Page.
So this is a clear use of unverified information, only based on the word of Steele to give it credibility. Even though Steele himself confirmed he never met the sources of this information. The information was passed to him 2nd hand by people who also claim they never met the goddamn initial source of these allegations.
Unverified allegations by unverified sources.
And here they are using a freaking news article as rationale. No verification if the article is true. Nothing. Just inserting what could be complete conjecture and lies as if it's perfectly credible. I believe it's Yahoo News/Michael Isikoff.
And low and behold, here is bonafide PROOF of the FISA application using "circular sourcing" as rationale.
This is the part where Chris Steele leaked in Sept 2016 the Dossier pages that discussed Page supposedly meeting with Russians, Sechin and Devyekin, allegedly to discuss Trump removing sanctions.
Except this "meeting" never took place, so it was a complete fabrication.
The "news organization" they are quoting from is again Yahoo News/Michael Isikoff. And the "well placed Western Intelligence source" is...... Chris Steele himself.
This is called "circular sourcing", and it's absurdly illegal.
The purpose of doing this was to imply that there is a 2nd independent corroborating source claiming Page met with those 2 Russians to discuss getting Trump to remove sanctions on Russia.
This is designed to indubitably lend credibility to the Dossier and Steele as a whole.
Notice that last sentence.
"The FBI does not believe that Source #1 directly provided this information to the press."
This is page 23 of the original application in Oct 2016.
Steele leaked the Dossier allegations to Yahoo/Isikoff in Sept, the month before. And the FBI KNEW ABOUT IT, and yet still made that claim.
They fired Steele shortly after submitting the original application, and then amended the 1st renewal to acknowledge this and why.
This means even though they knew Steele was the source for the Yahoo article, they still included the Yahoo article as rationale, and even stated they didn't believe Steele was the source.
This is how badly they wanted to create a supposed 2nd independent corroborating source so they could make the Dossier appear more credible.
This was a setup, folks. All these people are dirty cops who were actively trying to help Hillary get elected, and help smear Trump and damage his chances.
And the Mueller appointment is the "insurance policy", which is nothing more than an attempt to coverup their wrongdoings and try to get Trump removed so they can save their asses from being charged with serious crimes.

Excellent work, Beef. You saved me some time reading the other 3 applications.
However, this part caught my attention:
Edit: Nevermind. Candidate #2 is Hillary.

Tell us, which parts do you dispute?

This stuff is hard to read.
I note that the application keeps referring to the "alleged meeting" between Page and russkies.
Doesn't this admit they were never able to verify that the meeting actually took place?
How do you make wire-taps on US citizens based on 'allegations.'

I read the entire FISA application and pieced this all together myself.
Notice all the images are on my personal Photobucket account.
Way to be an assclown though.

From the FISA App: "The FBI believes that the Russian Government's efforts are being coordinated with (Carter) Page."
If there is no evidence of collusion currently, there was no evidence of collusion when the FBI made this statement.
The FISA app cites the media's speculation - which was wholly unsubstantiated and based on zero evidence - about why Trump might be friendly to Russia.
FBI/DOJ telling the FISA court that Source 1 (Christopher Steele) did not "directly provide" information to reporter Isikoff.
It turns out that this was 100% false. Steele was the source.
They lied to the FISA court.
Two things here from the 6/2017 FISA renewal app:
1) Steele "has been compensated [REDACTED] by the FBI." How much was he paid?
2) In reference to the FBI's termination of Steele as a source, they continue to neglect that he lied to them about his disclosures to the press.
6/2017: The FBI explains it cut Steele loose because he "released the reporting" to a news organization in October, 2016.
However, as the Nunes memo shows, the DOJ knew Steele was out to get Trump in September of 2016.
Also: the FBI NEVER verified whether the Steele information went to the DNC's lawyers or if it went to the DNC or Hillary. (They only said it was likely, which amounts to speculation.)
They kept themselves in the dark so they wouldn't have to reveal this info to the court.
The FISA app also mentions a letter Page wrote to Coney denying the allegations made by Isikoff (through Steele).
Strzok used this as a pretext to interview Page.

Has CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC broke this down and done any investigative reporting? Yesterday they reported via WaPo that the Trump admin released this and then reporters. (NEVER citing judicial watch) and then they credited the DOJ.
The Seattle Times reporting that The Trump Administration and other media outlets released the FISA warrants.
Administration releases documents about former Trump adviser.

The only reporting I’ve seen is the media only mentioning the parts that sound damaging to Trump and reinforce the collusion narrative.
“The FISA application, heavily redacted, was released by the DOJ, and it shows evidence collected by the FBI of Trump associates allegedly colluding with Russians.”
Then they just chronicle the details the Dossier and two Yahoo articles purport.
The FISA application explains that, “Russians consistently meddle”, “Trump changed policy to be favorable to Russia”, and “Page met with Russians to discuss how Trump can remove sanctions on Russia”, etc. etc.
So basically they’ve completely avoided telling their ignorant viewers that Page was never charged because all the evidence was BS unverified rumors from unverified sources, that the Yahoo article about Trump policy was conjecture, and that the source of the 2nd Yahoo article was Steele himself, which means the FBI used circular sourcing to falsely manufacture credibility for the Dossier.
Nope, nobody but Fox explained any of these facts. All the others mislead their viewers yet again.

Thanks, I built a home and have no cable, (I may pull the plug all the way)
On one of the poli news alphabet channels this morning was guess who?
Susan Rice.
(When they haul out Susan Rice they know they have been caught) She has out right lied in the past yet they give her a fancy title and interview her like she is credible. I haven't a clue what she was babbling about I turned off the TV. Probably Trump's Russian visit and how great she, Clapper, Holder, Brennan, Yates and Obama are.
It is pure State run media propaganda that is like the onion; but it is presented to us as credible voices from the Obama admin.

He’s already dismissed it all as propaganda.
He and his Lefty pals can’t rationally argue any of this. All they can do is cover their eyes and ears, say “Nuh uh!” over and over, call us racists, and then hope their lying to themselves sustains them long enough until their next virtue signal. Rinse and repeat.

So who here is responsible for oversight of the FBI when they do something like this...at the highest level? The DOJ?
If so I guess we’re screwed.

It's a big fuk you to the House Republicans. It's similar to the indictments the week of Helsinki.
