Follow the money! It is time to clamp down on these bought and paid for enemies of the people. Cash needs to dedicate a couple of agents to investigate each of these rogue judges. I am sure that Elon could help bring the needed tech to update their systems.

However if the agency heads wrote the termination following the recommendation that would be legal. Very legal.
Again, the fact that these judges on a number of occasions are so clearly political and so clearly wrong with justifying impeachment proceedings however I think that should wait until after the appeals court sends it back

Who cares if he ordered it.
This judge is ruling in effect that the President doesn’t have power over the hiring and firing of Executive Branch employees.
If OPM ordered the firings or didn’t, the core issue is the same. A President has the power to hire and fire in the Executive Branch or he doesn’t. I would argue that he does have that right. You would argue that he has that right if he’s a Democrat.

The SCOTUS needs to rule on this stuff, but with Roberts and ACB they will probably allow this.

I would argue he has the right if the proper procedure is followed. That wasn’t done here. They then lied about it with a sworn statement and refused to submit to cross examination when caught in that lie. That’s an is an issue no matter who is in the Oval Office. Process matters.

bullshite. They were probationary employees. You’re just assuming the proper procedure wasn’t followed. There’s nothing in the ruling that points to any specific laws that were violated.
