Well, I've never bought a Ferrari. So... what do I know?

You go to the dealership, order your car, pay for it and get it when you get it from Italy? What about their certified cars? Do they "vet" you for that as well?

You could always buy a corvette since they abandoned their iconic shape and went the route of a knock off ferrari

“I’m sorry, but we’re not going to allow you to buy our product.”

Sounds like a great business model.

Wow. What fooking cheese dicks.

The only thing they should be checking is if you have enough cash.

It actually is for a boutique manufacturer.

So you need a background check to buy a Ferrari, but not to enter the USA? Wow

It’s not about whether or not you can afford it. Ferrari decides whether or not they want you as an owner of the car. There are even stipulations that forbid you from modifying the car in any way. Violate the ownership agreement and they’ll black ball you from making any future purchase. Some high end watch makers operate the same way.

I get that, but their market share is already tiny. Why reduce it more?

Maybe not.

Are you implying that the idea is to make their product more attractive by making it even more exclusive?

This is 100% because they signed Lewis Hamilton

F1 will 100% ride the woke train to its downfall in the US

F1’s growth in the country parallells Nascar’s peak 20 years ago

the cracks started to appear in 2006-2008 for nascar before a precipitous decline

i predict we will something similar in the same timeframe which also aligns with their new woke/green technical regulations

Yes. They have no desire to mass produce their cars.

The regs are ridiculous. They can easily run V10s on renewable fuels but choose to chase the green crap that is already falling out.

The 2026 cars will be mostly electric with a small noisemaker for an engine. Only a little hyperbole there.
