In a way. With the really limited production, high end cars anyway. Steve Wynn lost his Ferrari dealership because he tried to flip his LaFerrari in less than a year after purchase.
They don't care much about the guy selling his F355 with the F1 trans going out, but I think they remain somewhat interested in the buying and selling of cars like F40s and such when it comes to their "approved buyer" lists for new cars.

Can you expand on this? They care more about the old F40s than the newer model? Sorry to keep asking questions, but I had no idea this was a thing and it's really interesting
