Both pilots in the front should've spotted the CRJ. They both are responsible for looking for traffic and they both missed it.
But I think equal blame goes to ATC and/or standard procedures that put helicopters in final approach of aircraft. Sure the helo may need to be over the river or maybe not if it is a training mission. But despite the congestion in the area, for this to happen is crazy whether it was standard procedure or not.

They were clearly middle easter terrorists who were snuck into the country through the southern border by cartels, then given fake id's by the Biden administration, then hired through DEI, then committed this act of terrorism. Did I do that right?
And you wonder why you’re laughed at constantly and not taken seriously even if you’ve ever raised a salient point

Problem is with DEI, you don’t know if they were qualified or not. Without DEI, the person would have been qualified. Now a days, you just don’t know.

SIAP
Ryan O’Hara - Crew Chief, Not flying
Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Eaves - Backup Pilot
We know the entire plane crew.
We still don't know the actual female pilot who did have the stick.
How odd...
Last one to get a name and picture...

Where is the scrubber jackass to refute that?

Hell of a price to pay to be politically correct - DEI leaves a huge question as to whether they were qualified - without it that probably are. Reality is more important than your feelings .

I'm actually surprised there weren't 4 onboard.

The point is that it is two completely separate topics..
1) DEI
2) Tragedy
A good pilot is a good pilot.
Some are male. Some are female.
A bad pilot is a bad pilot.
Some are male. Some are female.
Maybe this chick was only flying because of DEI.. but the same is true for the male instructor as well.. but we don't fricking know anything about them.. so why jump to conclusions simply because she is a female pilot? Maybe her DEI hired instructor is the one that sucked.
For the record, I am 100% against DEI. The best person for each job is the only person that should get hired.. regardless of age, sex, color of your skin or any other factors. I just don't think the topics shouldn't be combined right now.. what's done is done.
These people died and those losses should be mourned right now..
Now imagine she's at the top of her class..

The problem with the military has been going on since Obama years. The training and discipline has become extremely relaxed and training accidents and incidents have been increasing. When they started allowing them to have those stupid time out cards. It's just been continuosly going down hill. Under Biden it got exponentially worse. They are allowing in people and not kicking them out when it is clear they can't handle the stresses of the job.

Women are much less likely to be capable pilots because of their relative deficiency with spatial skills.
There are also aren't enough qualified women, who want to be pilots, to meet the quotas

I said with DEI it leaves questions - without it she probably was highly qualified and no questions - those people probably lost their lives bc of politically corrected crap. Standards are lowered - it cost lives.

I know yall like you're orange leader, but sheesh...its ok to be critical of him lol

Ain’t no refuting it - standards are lowered to reach quotas.

Other two were white males, very normal patriotic white males.
They aren't going to be hired because of DEI.
The Biden administration has hired a fat tranny to lead healthcare, a bestiality role-playing thief to cover nuclear waste, a drunk to be vice president.
He's pushed military ads looking for weak and dumb pervs to join the military.
Lets see if there is fire, because there is a lot of smoke over the Potomac.

100% true whether the person responsible is male or female
I'm backing out of this topic.. I just didn't like that her sex was in the title, because people, myself included at times, jump to conclusions when you do that shite.. and we (myself included) shouldn't do that..
This entire thing is going to be scrutinized 10,000 different ways and 10,000 different people are going to get blamed.. this isn't going away anytime soon.. the whole thing is just sad..

I'm not up on my military/passenger jet interactions but I believe its the first one in US history where all lives were lost
Despite all the flight hours posted by male helo pilots, the one time it happens it was a woman
Which also translates into it being a very, very preventable situation. This pilot lost focus
