CNN just reported the female pilot handled the stick to fast causing it to turn hard quicker than expected.

It SOUNDS like she was on the controls and he was the instructor pilot. I asked a Marine Apache aviator friend of mine if the fact that the male was on the comms, meant the female was flying. He said "that wouldn't have been true in the Marines necessarily...dunno about Army."

I know, I was pointing out that I got downvoted for a perfectly logical question.
No one wants to hear the reality, theres just some things women should not be doing, ever.

We all know why.
Either way its bad.
If shes just a regular old gal that wanted to be a pilot this shows why not to hire women pilots now.
If shes some DEI LGBTQ big supporter there could be more to the story.
Either way this is shite and shite on the hands of the people hiring these clowns.

Probably because they can't drive, can't fly, and vote according to their feelings
Shouldnt be flying if feelings get in the way of your day to day. Cant have that.

For a helicopter pilot its a decent amount

Most of the female pilots I flew with were excellent.
Only one or two were scary.

Three young people serving our country died in that helicopter crash. It doesn't matter if the pilots were blue, black or yellow and male or female or anything else.. they were serving our country and in order to protect us, they have to do things that are fricking hard sometimes.
Sixty-four people on that American Airlines flight also passed, and many of them also appeared to be young.
Your title sucks and it is people like you that cause so much divide in our country today. People like you are why we have to call the CWS the Men's College World Series. People like you are why there are so many racial issues in our country.
The whole thing is just fricking sad, across the board, and you come along with an agenda and it's honestly just fricking gross..
This is what people who cost other people their lives sound like.
They simply dont care why and are willing to risk those same 3 young peoples lives tomorrow with another inexperienced woman pilot to go with THEIR AGENDA.
Screw off and take that Longhorn helmet down you are a disgrace to this state.

Probably. It was the rest of the quote...starting with CNN reporting anything that might cast a woman in bad light.

To fly a blackhawk at night with crew members as part of training for an emergency scenario?
Ok.

Think thats enough time for the crop to change some? The training to get a little more lax? Maybe hire some people that arent as qualified just to check some boxes?

It's enough
We bombed Germany and Japan to rubble with guys with a lot less than 500 hrs.

Could be I am still involved with aviation and my former unit.
Not sure about Army data but she had 500 hours. Not sure if total or airframe specific.
Instructor pilot was at 1000 hours. Again not sure cumulative or airframe specific.
That seems interesting to me why 200 feet off and neither tower or the two pilots recognize it
Faa says the tower was undermanned.
Typically aviation mishap chain of events recognizes multiple factors both causal non causal
