Felony murder: a killing treated as a murder because, though unintended, it occurred during the commission or attempted commission of a felony! So for the officer- like trying to save his own life from a thug who just beat him and another cop then stole their taser!!! Come on people this is crazy!!!

This DA graduated cum laude from Emory Law. He's fricking this up (big time), but not because he was a C student at a shite-tier law school. He's a politician running for re-election. That is why this is happening. He's a fricking scum bag
But good fricking luck having the police department be helpful to the state in cases going forward. They have absolutely zero incentive to do so at this point.
