wtf
This was one of the biggest wins around, why did federal judges not back this up? PBS NPR is NOT the news source of old. It’s an echo chamber and not really the news anymore, just an agenda pushing machine of a single political party not of all parties. Federal money should not be going to these programs!

Nevertheless, the ruling is a First Amendment victory. “Today’s ruling is a decisive affirmation of the rights of a free and independent press — and a win for NPR, our network of stations, and our tens of millions of listeners nationwide,” NPR CEO Katherine Maher said in a statement.
First Amendment victory? This just means we have to pay to allow you to spew your leftist bullshite.

I don't understand how federal funding facilitates an independent press
It doesn’t….. nor is NPR considered independent press by ANY stretch of the definition

According to Democrats federal judges, everything is constitutionally protected and the president has no say in anything
The ruling materially changes nothing. It’s just reiterating that funding is the purview of Congress.
There’s a difference between a stopgap EO to get TSA workers paid when Congress is gridlocked vs. using EOs like decrees or replacement for legislation.
Do people hate the constitution?

That’s interesting because I’ve never seen anything in the Constitution that authorizes federal broadcasting services.
Government-controlled news outlets would probably be appalling to the founders of this nation.

I also don't understand how federal funding supports a Non Government Organization
And I dont understand how federal funding pays all these left-wing judges to sit around all day looking for ways to block anything the president does

I can't believe this took this long....

Sounds like an improper advisory opinion.
