Trump appointee or not. Doesn't matter. If judges have an ax to grind, they will.

It's all.a show, a production, pure theater designed to make you THINK that all avenues were exhausted by all parties.

Quit buyingbtickets...the result is that they want no results

It saddens me to admit, but... you're probably correct.

Seems there is an indisputable pattern here with judges and the 2020 GE

After the 2020 Rigged Election there wasn't one judge who would give those challenging the legitimacy of the election unfettered access to mass mail in ballots and drop box ballots to verify chain of custody.......because they all knew what the election challengers would find.

Your absolutely correct.... and shite man! If true, those implications are terrifying for us as a nation.

They know the Ruby Freeman Urban Democracy Squad will crumble under pressure of investigation.

Ray's comments suggest the core problem wasn't that DOJ can't get this kind of information, but that this particular request was "grossly over broad."

Ruby Freeman and her associated would be a good place to start. No doubt there are quite a few specific events like that that can be focused on.

A narrower, more targeted subpoena, rather than every poll worker and county employee, could cure this.

Can this be appealed or does this close the door on everything?

Explain it to me like I’m Joe Biden.

How can this eventually end up in anything other than some type of civil rebellion?

The Left would love a 'rebellion'/'insurrection', LC, IF they are in control of Government. Think Jan 6, Lawfare/muh Russia and Hunter's Laptop for starters.

And though the 'normies' and weak-minded 'deniers' will indeed deny where this will inevitably go if elections and ballots are not VERIFIED, it all comes down to whether Trump pulls the trigger while MAGA holds formal Government power or lets it go via a rigged, muh democracy vote.

Given no Save Act, I think Trump will employ extraordinary means and provoke the Left into 'insurrection' by challenging the Rig. As the default of inaction is par with that of allowing nuclear-armed Jihadists. We'll find out pretty soon. One side or the other is going to go rogue and reject any unverifiable election, and I don't think it really matter which side throws the first punch anymore.

Maybe we'll dodge the "civil rebellion" bullet.
