Federal Judge mandates Alabama abortion clinics stay open

I love my state, but sometimes the stupidest decisions seem too close to home. I try not to be partisan, but I am growing so, so very disgusted with some of the Democratic shenanigans pulled in the last few weeks, even years. “Let’s not worry about the American people, let’s see how much we can shove this bill full of democratic pork while (we’ve) got the Republicans over a barrel.” “Even though we have a Russia sleeper agent as Commander in Chief, we need to make sure we keep abortions going!” I am so disgusted right now, I need to go to bed before I am banned tonight.

Dentist offices are closed but abortions are good to go!

Liberals will talk all day about separation of church and state.
And then this happens. State sponsored infanticide on behalf of the atheists and satanists.

Can’t travel from Louisiana.
Abortion shops still open.
The Left is really in charge s this proves it.

Can you provide a link?
Because allowed to stay open and mandating that they stay open are two completely different things.

Nothing stopping the state or municipality from stationing an officer outside to enforce non essential travel. And the State/municipality has the right to define what is essential in their jurisdiction.
Also the clinic would require a state business license to operate which the governor can yank if they violate the essential business operations only rule.

oh, thank god. I see enough parents that don't give a single frick about their kids.
no thanks on trash churning out more lost causes. I guess we can all act like self righteous choir nuns about it, but you know it to be true

Why should abortion clinics close? Are doctors offices closed? I don’t get why dentists offices should be closed either though.
If a woman needs an abortion it can’t simply wait until the Coronavirus passes over. I understand that morally opposed to them which is totally understandable. But it’s every woman’s right to elect to have one for whatever her reasons and the government shouldn’t be able to block her rights to one just because there’s a virus out there. If the clinic decides if wishes to remain open throughout this that’s their decision to make.

I would think the abortion clinic would be turned into an office to save peoples lives during this crisis.
But that's just me

Obviously this is despicable, but par for the course for liberals.
Having said that, if the government can't shut down abortion clinics, it can't shut down any business.

Under Stay at Home, Mandatory Shelter in Place, etc. type legally permissible orders, all elective procedures are canceled (which is why dental non emergencies are covered and offices closed for cleanings and routine fillings. Emergencies for root canals, abscesses, etc. are legally allowed procedures).

They’re a right of the woman to have access to if she chooses. I can’t think of anything more intrusive and big government than politicians swooping in and telling someone they can’t have access to medical care they have a right to because they don’t see as being necessary.

Nope, sorry. It's not medical care. It's an elective procedure.

The First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments can be torched in effigy in an "emergency," but inviolate is a fabricated "right to privacy" some douchebag radicals have erected to Ba'al.
Trump needs to get quickly back to his court-purging mission.

The government has decided that a lot of rights can be suspended during this emergency.
Are you saying the right to an abortion is greater than the right to work, or to assemble, or worship?
