And not voice an opinion on profound global political issues? We can’t allow guests in our country to voice opinions?

Aid and comfort to terrorists is aid and comfort to terrorists. If you’re a guest in this country and doing so, your removal from this country should be a given.

That's what I want to know. Maybe she is. If so, I'd like someone to post a link so I could read more about her scumminess.

I'd like to read more about the "aid and comfort" this woman has given to terrorists. Can you post a link?

Her visa has been revoked, she is now an illegal alien. What authority does a judge in Massachusetts have over deporting an Illegal

It isn’t her place as a student visa holder to attempt to shape the socio-political landscape of this country even if she didn’t send car bomb drawings to the leader of Hamas.

Can a lawyer please explain what legal reasoning this judge is using? The law is very clear.
22 CFR § 41.122 - Revocation of visas.
Marco Rubio personally revoked her visa. This is clearly within his rights. Shouldn't such court challenges be about "gray" areas of the law? The law in this case is super clear.

If you come to this nation as a guest to work or study, that is what you should be doing.
Foreigners who are trying to influence US policy and sentiment should be treated as spies. They are trying to undermine the stability and sanctity of our nation. These influence campaigns should not be tolerated, if any American went overseas and started disrupting classrooms and marching in the streets they would get their arse kicked out or locked up real quick

You missed it. It was posted on page 3 of this thread.

If you apply for a visa to enter the United States and be a student, and you tell us the reason you are coming to the United States is not just because you want to write op-eds, but because you want to participate in movements that are involved in doing things like vandalizing universities, harassing students, taking over buildings, creating a ruckus -- we're not going to give you a visa,"
I anxiously await your pivot.

McCarthyism
Quite literally. The government is acting under the core 1952 law imposing the McCarthy era quotas and purges. Replace communist sympathizers with terrorist sympathizers. Facts and due process be damned.

“The Immigration Nationality Act of 1952 gives the secretary of state the authority to revoke visas from foreigners deemed to be a threat,” wrote Axios, citing senior State Department officials. The 1952 law, also known as the McCarran-Walter Act, codified immigration restrictions of “subversives” and communists.

“To all the resident aliens who joined in the pro-jihadist protests, we put you on notice: Come 2025, we will find you, and we will deport you,” states a fact sheet published on the White House website along with President Donald Trump’s January executive order on antisemitism. “I will also quickly cancel the student visas of all Hamas sympathizers on college campuses, which have been infested with radicalism like never before.”

I haven't heard him say anything specifically about her. If you have that link I'd like to see it.
In general, I think he's doing a great job. I wouldn't expect him to know all the details of all visa revocation. But, as to her specifically, he mentioned the op-ed and then piled on a bunch of things that other protesters have done.

Look up. I posted a link in a reply to Pandy

So she was protesting, but didn’t participate in that aspect of the protest? Is that your assertion?
Regardless, do you deny that Rubio has the discretion legally to revoke her visa?

Palestinians and Hamas are one and the same. Advocating for economic sanction upon Israel for defending its citizens against the continual attacks of Palestinians is in fact giving aid and comfort to terrorists, whether you choose to recognize it or not.
