How is stating two facts misleading? Is he not a Trump appointee and is he not a republican?
And in the case of Trump, you and I both know he isn’t appointing anyone he believes has “vastly opposing views”. This is evidenced by the fact that he, well, has not done that yet.

One of these needs to go to SCOTUS which should rule that there be NO race based gerrymandering. If the maps in places like New England and Illinois were redone, Democrats would not ever sniff a majority in our lifetimes.
