"In the U.S., the FDA refused approval to market thalidomide, saying further studies were needed. This reduced the impact of thalidomide in U.S. patients. The refusal was largely due to pharmacologist Frances Oldham Kelsey who withstood pressure from the Richardson-Merrell Pharmaceuticals Co."
Just imagine the impact if Thalidomide had been widely available in the U.S.A.

How in the ever living f*ck are they going to remove the "emergency authorization" label and declare that these [non-vaccine] "vaccines" are perfectly safe WITHOUT lifting the unlimited f*cking IMMUNITY for both the makers and the politicians.

By just removing the EUA and fully approving it. As has been pointed out already, manufacturers have immunity from liability for the vaccines, whether EUA-only or fully approved.

Actually RobbBobb, Pfizer has already filed for the BLA for >16yr olds; the filing has been accepted and is under FDA review.

So youre saying the huge increase of breakthrough cases, wont slow the decision?

Nor the call for continuous boosters?

Just like with Q, the next big reason to avoid vaccination will be just around the corner.

Exact same playbook of psychological manipulation.

“We’re coming up on ADE after vaccination protection wears off!!! You’ll see. Vaccinated people about to start dying off from covid!”

Trust the plan.

Nope. Breaking news, FDA plans to provide decision on initial approval early September.

So when it is approved does the "no liability" part of the emergency authorization go away?

Same question here. If you're Moderna and Pfizer maybe you don't push for it since its selling already.

Not in this country. See previous post about the national court of vaccine injuries. You cannot hold any vaccine maker liable in this country.

Exactly correct. This is not a new development, either. Vaccine manufacturers were granted immunity from liability 35 years ago, by way of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.

This probably encompasses the entire lifetime of a lot of posters here, and maybe plus a few years for some.

Doing so would discredit the FDA for a long time and cause incomprehensible damage to them. They are not stupid.

So you’re saying they’re doing this the right way…

mRNA technology does not change the genetic information of the cell, and is intended to be short-acting. It acts like traditional drugs that can be adjusted over time based on the dose and frequency needed.

So Moderna is saying it's a drug...not a vaccine.

Got it.

Oh dang you’re right, obviously we need a “food and vaccine administration” to evaluate this instead of a “food and drug”

They can't make an "vaccine" that's only approved under the Emergency Authorization use mandatory.

Vaccines are drugs (or biologics...)

Define 'THEY'. Currently there are many companies, corporations, city/state entities that are apparently excluded from 'THEY'. But at least some are being given a choice, the jab or termination.

I was being a bit sarcastic...must be before everyone has had their coffee.

My first thought when I hear "vaccine" is not "intended to be short acting"and "adjusted over time based on the dose and frequency needed.".

Antibiotics, pain meds, insulin sure...but not vaccines.

Hell...even oxygen, in the medical sense, is a drug.
