I thought RFK,Jr. was going to fix all this shite.

Back when the hospital I worked started mandating flu shots,we had an old
I.D. Dr.I asked him if he took flu shots,he said no,he didn’t believe in them.

Couple years ago,I asked my primary care Dr if he believed in them,he said no,they make you more susceptible to flu and increase incidence of colds.
He believes Vitamin D3 is of greater benefit,he likes a level of 50.

Lo and behold,I read a few days ago that Dr.Peter McCollough is of the same opinion as my Dr.

I took flu shots for a good many years, never got the flu but my wife did a couple of times as did my sister.I haven’t taken flu shots in 3 years and haven’t had the flu.

I don't know how one would "fix" the flu shot... aside from just targeting those that would actually benefit in a 'good' match season.

If you tried taking away senior's flu shots, there'd be a blue hair revolution.

Also, there's only so much RFKJr is going to be able to fix anyway in the time he has. I appreciate his drive to get as much unnecessary crap out of our food supply as possible, his promotion of an actual HEALTHY diet and other such things. Our health is highly impacted by what we consume regularly and he does have a focus for that.

I was talking about the MRNA “vaccines”.I think I remembered that all that, was, stopped.

Mary Talley Bowden MD is not happy with him.

Gotcha- I misunderstood you. I don't know why mRNA is still allowed as a mass vaccination platform. I read the tech has promise in other areas of medicine, targeted therapies and whatnot. But yeah, it stinks as a mass vax program.

How do you do worse than a negative efficacy for a flu vaccine?

This one might help us find out.

So people should go to Walgreens or CVS for their flu shot and hope they aren’t getting tainted for life? There will be a mix of carrot and stick incentivizing the medical profession to push the latest poison du jour.

Done with flu shots.

You could just read the annual report put out about the effectiveness of the prior year's flu shot... it is eye-opening and not just based on Ailsa's or someone else's "sample size".

That I can, and that is actually a source of real authority. I'm just skewering the statement of "most everyone I know" being used as a strong argument. If most of the people I know experience the opposite, who has the more compelling claim?

As for this report, I'm assuming you mean from the CDC. Having read what I think you are referring to, what is eye-opening about it to you?

Read a decade's worth... the efficacy has an interesting range.

I saw those numbers. So, what specifically is eye opening about those to you and why?

I'm pretty sure the flu shot is almost always ineffective.

"Whoops, turns out we really boofed those virus strains this year."

The nice thing about the platform is that it can tighten the feedback loop between what strains are observed to be circulating and what antigens actually go into people's arms (at least in the ideal case - manufacturing is only part of the pipeline and this doesn't improve other parts like logistics, purchasing, & insurance and other things that also take time to get a vaccine to clinic.

Do not take an mRNA vaccine, jeez people. The tech is good for surface proteins in things like cancer, but never in a respiratory virus that mutates, and we can never get the Neuraminidase and Hemagglutinin in the flu right, it’s always a guess every year in the current vaccines. This is just a money grab like the COVID vaccine that did nothing but harm people

The standard flu shot will still be available for those that wouldn't take an mRNA vaccine for a thousand dollars, no?

The damage that the Covid “Vaccine” shot did for our trust in all Vaccines is something that will be interesting to see studied over the years.

Start taking Vit D3, which you can’t get in nature from Oct 1 to March 31 at our parallel, around the 34th above the equator ( I’m in Arkansas, so that may vary where you live-but not by much). That will help more than anything if you get the flu. It coordinates your response to the infection, but more importantly, it down regulates the cytokines, so you don’t get cytokine storm, which is the global response to an unchecked immune response; that’s what put people on the vents in Covid, and flu every year. People who didn’t have adequate vit D due to obesity, dark skin, or always inside in the summer, older people who have a higher fat/muscle ratio; those were a higher mortality in Covid, as expected, as those traits hamper Vit D absorption in nature. You can’t get Vit D from nature in those dates I mentioned( Oct 1- March 31), which makes sense, cause that why it’s called Cold and Flu season, and that all stops when the suns direct rays come North of the equator. We are basically walking plants, we need the sun/water. All diseases increase, Dementia, Cancer, Diabetes, Suicide, Depression. Sepsis; can be tracked from the equator, both North and South. Take 10,000 IU’s as an adult, usually with K2 during those at-risk months. Always check with your doctor, but current recommendations are grossly low…
