Inmates are using them at exceptionally high rates to order hits, run drug operations, enable CSAM abuse of young kids, and many more awful acts.
We are now giving state and local prisons & jails a tool they’ve been denied for years.
Grateful for the chance to get this across the finish line.

This is good news, unless you are a prison guard.
Prisoners act even more erratic and nutty if you take their cell phones than teenagers. Everybody's getting shanked.

That’s typically the same reaction I have to the same type of remark that I facetiously made. Meaning you and I are pretty much of the same mindset here.
