FBI used NSA to spy on extremists' communications WITHOUT a warrant

FBI combed through NSA's trove of Americans' communications WITHOUT a warrant in its search for 'racially motivated violent extremists' when it was already warned the practice was unconstitutional
The FBI searched troves of communications sucked up by the National Security Agency for information on 'racially motivated violent extremists' without a warrant, ignoring previous warnings it was breaking the law.
The FBI's requests for access to masses of electronic communications harvested by the National Security Agency (NSA) is revealed in a newly declassified report from the United States' secret surveillance court.
It shows the FBI has continued to perform warrantless searches through the NSA's most sensitive databases for routine criminal investigations, despite being told by a federal judge in 2018 and 2019 that such a use was an unconstitutional breach of privacy.

Surprised they don't just call up Google or Apple and get whatever they want

And nothing will happen. Government knows best and will allow you just the amount of freedom you need. No more, no less

'racially motivated violent extremists'
What is to stop them from looking at all those that voted for Trump, or didn't vote for Biden-- and targeting them?

In the deranged and demented minds of liberals everywhere (which, of course, includes the Odumbf*ck politicized intelligence agencies), "racially motivated violent extremists" means anyone who even thought about voting for Trump.

even the report telling on the FBI is redacted.

All those that went on Jan. 6th could have used this information before they were sent to jail. Especially the woman that flew her own plane to the rally on Jan 6.

Those that only voted for Biden once are clearly not committed to the cause and need additional education.

What's going to happen when a terrorist goes free when a decent lawyer can argue violation of civil rights?
Posted on 4/27/21 at 5:02 pm to PsychTiger
anyone know how long the leftist hacks running Biden/DC's guarding, have said it will last?

Until the end of the United States of America, I’d imagine.

Because they arm and fund them and get them good jobs because they are hot from global warming.
If they ever want to put on a big show they will get the warrants rubber-stamped retro actively just to communicate with them-- as the OT says-with quickness...
Where is John Roberts in all of this? He controls the beast AKA the FISA court.

Every terrorist attacker has been heavily involved with the FBI, yet they are out there looking for some unknown, while they are right there under their noses. Might want to look at their own operatives

I wish we could find the article from the wayback machine...Under Dubya, or was it Clinton? The FBI somehow got caught in the MSM news giving a terrorist bombs; then reporting they foiled the attempt. That terrorist was an agent.
If no one believes this. They recently got caught using an agent in the MI Governor kidnapping to make it happen, to egg on rednecks to do it...
They also placed operatives in the Oath Keepers.
Mister USPS monitoring me, everything I type is nonsense. The FBI is great. I have a poster of Wray up in my living room framed. He is such a good man.

Anyone paying attention since 2015, even earlier, could have told you this.

Didn't Director Bozo Ray recently say "ANTIFA is no longer an idea" or something equally as stupid.
