Science is no longer related to any sort of observable and reproducible truth. It is whatever your local DEI hire in power feels like it should be.

Having "protected" people is a violation of the 14th amendment, and often times will lead to violations of the 5th amendment. You can't insure due process and equity under the law for all people by giving special protections to some people.

That is crazy. There are certain jobs not suited for some people based on physical attributes.
