Well, they didn’t do a good job then.

What about the M1 Garand? Designed for military but owned now by civilians. It is a semi-auto, too.

This was a guy with no real firearms training and was mentally unstable. The reloading alone would probably take him a minute.
I'm not sure why progressives think you need a cert from some govt agency that certifies that you can handle a firearm.
and
Reloading is more hand/eye coordination and muscle memory.

Social welfare programs are a good example of this.

Actually shotguns are just as easy.
That’s why I use one for home defense. 8 rounds and I don’t have to aim all that well per se. Plus, buck shot can slay multiples depending on the distance and choke.

M&Ms were originally invented for military use too. What's their point?

Lol. The AR15 is far superior to the AK47.

Absolutely.
Try hitting a target at 300 yards with an assembly line AK. Prolly not happening on semi auto.

Buckshot spread is about 2-4 inches at 12 feet. Sometimes less. Even with an open choke, you aren't "slaying multiples" without "aiming all that well". You should definitely rethink your strategy.
