The internet was intended for military use, guess we should ban it too!

You know that buckshot patterns can generally be covered by a saucer at 10 yards and a pie plate at 20 yards, right? Yes, with an open choke, at max effective range, a pattern can score hits on more than 1 target, but that's under ideal circumstances.

Typically, you count on 1 shotshell of buckshot to hit 1 target.

Seems like people are having a hard time understanding this concept.

Saw off the barrel at about 15 inches and the devastation would be worse. I know someone that has a .410 variation by their bed. I promise that it would change someone's mind really fast if they decided to come in the house.

I was about to bring that up. I guess people need to turn in their smart phones and unplug their routers.

Is that what you measured in your testing?

It's like some people don't even know what makes a shotgun effective.

The reason that the military uses them for rear area security is the relatively short SDZ.

For breaching, it’s good at destroying door hinges.

I don’t recommend carrying one as a primary in combat. Effective for a few seconds, but reloading and ammo bearing is problematic.

Only reason I did was that they took away my M240G and I refused to enter Ramadi with an M9.

I didn’t want to miss that fight.

Lol.

Massive wide spread for clearing rooms. I carried one in Waco and in south America when hunting the predator. "Overwhelming Firepower" doesn't even begin to cover it. 560 inch spread at 24 inches. Basically like having three starships in Galaga.

I think I need to Joe Biden these fricking coyotes. One shot from the back balcony, and I'd probably hit every one of those assholes on my land.

Yeah, but you probably couldn't kill 17 in 5 or 6 minutes with a couple of 12 gauges full of buck shot.
