Claims it's been an "embarrassment" ever since they opened their religious complex (that's why they now go by Liberty University).

Let me guess: he would prefer Falwellburg?

FFS. You can’t just let the Marxists Rewrite history and even help them.
My beloved Virginia is lost.

That’s like renaming Tallaharseee ... you know, to avoid any confusion.

I once used the term lynchpin in a meeting and people told me i couldnt do it.
I responded..."or you could just know words better"

Indeed. But is should be Assahassee anyway considering it’s the hub for politics in the state and FSU.

I was speaking with a friend from school and explained the brave new world that he wants to build - means the destruction of my world, and the end of people like me.
He didn’t have much to say.

They don’t care because they don’t value our traditions.
Virginia still exists in the western part of the state for now. But just like Ashville, NC. The progs will eventually infiltrate old small towns and bring their destruction with them.

I grew up in Virginia from 94-2012 and didn’t realize until I moved to Louisiana that Virginia doesn’t really have a culture anymore. Moving somewhere else that’s actually unique highlights that.

It’s still there out in the mountains. But the tidewater southern gentleman is gone. The piedmont gentleman is almost gone.

Jackson State University is located on John R. Lynch Street in Jackson. Hmmmm?

Sandy Vagina, Virginia has a nice ring to it. The comedy of Libery U being located in Sandy Vagina, Va is great as well.

They will, they’ll become hollow, empty things.
A facsimile of what used to be.

He's a good entertainer, like his father before him.

They are also ignoramuses who have been indoctrinated by the inmates who are running the leftist asylums.

I was in Fredericksburg not too long ago and could see the beginning of prog influence.

I grew up with many of the old values, my family still had one foot in the 19th century, but even with that, I am a good example of what you’re talking about.
We are not the people we used to be.
I have that neutral, national accent, and I don’t have any of those southern idioms in my vocabulary, idioms that were once common, and marked us as different.
The two things that may mark me as different, still, are my honor driven attitudes, and my belief in personal freedom. They’re attitudes that stood out when I lived in Massachusetts.
I also know how to make apple butter, and that’s something.

It will be pretty soulless by the time they’re finished.
But, hey, you’ll be able to buy a cup of artisanal coffee

Apple butter and fresh biscuits. Yum.
I used to get dragged with my grandma to go canning vegetables. Old ladies in a pavilion all with pressure cookers and mason jars. I found ants to kill. Never learned to can but that was part of our culture. Self sufficiency.
