So racism is ok, as long as it's against whites, because you perceive all white people to be more advantaged than any black person? You do know that is extremely ignorant, and racist, right?

Crime is also a function of poverty and where you live.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. While poverty is a factor in likelihood to commit crime, it does not explain that blacks are 7 times more likely to commit murder or robbery than whites. Poverty is a scape goat to avoid the cultural and other physiological issues that lead to higher rates of murder.

20.8% of blacks live below the poverty line while 10.2% of whites live below the poverty line. That means blacks are only twice as likely as whites to live in poverty. Recall we are talking about blacks being seven times more likely to commit murder. If poverty was the primary driver of likelihood to commit murder or robbery, blacks would only be twice as likely as whites to murder or rob.

Its not about where they are putting major highways today but where they were originally placed to directly impact black communities, and how that legacy shapes the landscape of our cities today. Think 110 in Baton rouge and cancer alley of refineries through the neighborhoods there. This also impacted generational wealth of property.

In Dallas, things were no different. The easiest way to find some of the locations of Dallas’ original Freedman’s Towns is to trace the path of the highways. This wasn’t a passive, accidental kind of racism either; some of the most powerful planners in America were forthright about their intention to use their power as transportation engineers to rewire a society built on racial and economic segregation

Its ok to acknowledge this shite still affects people and not be whole hog BLM at the same time, baw.

Anyone who has spent any amount of time in the rural south knows that racial slurs and the denigration of non-white ethnicities in private is commonplace. I've seen an unfortunate amount of it first hand. There is one underlying theme too.. they're all vocal supporters of DJT (and anyone with an R next to their name if I'm being honest).

There is absolutely still systemic racism (primarily the legacies of Jim Crow era) that can't be denied. A short list: Placing major highways, refineries, etc in or near historically black neighborhoods, devaluing those properties and leading to health issues. More, although certainly not all, white families have had a better opportunity to build generational wealth. White flight from cities also left inner city black folks with a void of resources.

You know what is really racist? Believing that blacks are inferior and cant get ahead without you white knighting for them. That they cant get ahead without special treatment. Low expectations is bigotry.

Maybe I should put it in bigger font
or bold it for you??

Having said that, as I mentioned above, there is absolutely an element of urban black popular culture that glorifies crime and violence.

Also, easy there little Goebbels, yikes...

I do agree with you though, coddling and low expectations of black folks by white guilters is stupid as shite, bigoted, and patronizing. Reminds me of the 'noble savage' trope of the early 20th century and how we viewed natives.

You used one of your 10 posts on this? This may be the dumbest post I have ever seen.

Literally there is way too much evidence to even begin disproving everything you said. For starters why don't you look up when the last large scale refinery was built.

You’re right, not everything is political or social.

But, until BLM admits there is an issue in Black communities where Blacks are killing Blacks at a rate much higher than Whites killing Blacks, I will continue to think that BLM is a complete joke of an organization.

Good question, I usually lurk to binge read all the oddball shite I see on this board and for some reason decided to enter the retard arena today.

Just like I mentioned with highways, its about where refineries were built historically and the lasting impacts of those planning decisions. The shite white folks didn't want in their back yards went right through black communities and still impacts them today. Cancer alley being a prime example..

Rolling Stone-Cancer alley and black communities

quote:

The exceptionally elevated  toxic air emissions released by the industry are linked to a host of ailments, from cancer to cardiovascular and respiratory disease to reproductive and developmental disorders. And in St. James, toxic facilities are increasingly concentrated in areas with the highest percentage of black and poor residents.

People were begging for specific examples of institutional racism and I gave some, whether you agree or disagree with them. Does it excuse BLM dumbassery, white guilt soy, and rioting? Hell no, but at least provides some historical context. Go on and hit that red arrow baw, I know you want to.

It's irrelevant, because I wasn't listing grievances, I was listing racism I've overcome in my life. I don't hold grudges, even against you collective sacks of shite, I really don't. Oh, and I mean that lovingly of course.

For instance, when I was in 6th-8th grade, I rode the bus, first load in the morning, 5:15, and the 3rd load in the evening, which would put me home at 5pm. For three years, I stayed at an overcrowded school, almost ten miles from my house, when there was another school less than a mile from my home. When my neighbor, who was black, got to 6th grade, he was able to go to that school, because they needed to meet their quota.

So was I mad when I found out? Yeah. That's a ton of time a non-racist school system could have saved me by not being pieces of shite. But you know what I did? I still played with him every day, taught him baseball, how to hunt, rode bikes with him, played basketball, everything a big brother is supposed to do for a kid how was from out of state and needed one.

100% of the time, if you're looking around for people and systems that are racist, it's just you. The racism is you. And it's easy to stop, you just go outside, or to the store, and you just talk to people. You'll see people aren't what you've been told they are, and they're not what the news tells you they are. You'll see it's just you.

I'm white and I've been victimized. I had a black CFO tell me I was the wrong color for "his vision". Do I get to be an arse and burn shite now? Instead I just found a better job. Oh and I was long gone when the fbi showed up for his arse.

Hate to burst your bubble but race relations were getting better until Obama started playing the race card when he didn't have to.....white people were going to vote for him.

But he used it to buy election insurance.
