EU Threatens To Pull Funds To Hungary & Slovakia If They Don’t Approve $54B For Ukraine

From the Financial Times.
If you don’t vote the way we want, we take away your funds. Just a few days ago the US Ambassador said they had had enough of Hungary and were going to begin turning the screws on them.
“Hungary does not allow blackmail. The agreement confirms what the Hungarian government has been saying for a long time: Brussels is using access to EU resources as a means of political pressure. Hungary makes no link between supporting Ukraine and access to EU resources and refuses to let others do so. Hungary so far will continue to participate constructively in the negotiations, but it does not allow blackmail.”
- Hungary’s minister for European affairs, Janos Boka
Neocons will see no issue with linking whether or not an EU member state like Hungary gets its EU funds to how they vote on a $54B war and foreign aid package. And they see no issue with utilizing the same tactics here. To the neocon, government is not about commonwealth or the democratic process or the right of dissent; it’s about top down enforcement of unaccountable policy. It has never been about freedom and democracy with neocons, it has always been about control.

Economic warfare is how everything is done these days. It’s the backbone of ESG.

Is it easier for Hungary secede from EU than say a state in in the United States to secede from our union?

I hope the EU implodes. It is an unnatural beast that ignores all of European history.

The potato did the exact same thing to the house reps but the media called it politics.
It’s obvious that money isn’t going to help Ukraine win. Its a scheme and the people are finally realizing it.

Who is the neocon?
It seems to me the EU and US are currently leftist.

Somewhat similar to US versus Texas.

Yes, but it would be painful because Hungary is dependent on EU funding for multiple facets of its economy. Moreover, they would probably be targeted for retribution, like Britain.

Could have substituted cuck, RonBot and many other "descriptors" with a slight change in narrative.

Neocons have gone back to their roots.

If you give in to blackmail one time, they'll keep on blackmailing.
