And So an old man in Florida on a golf cart sarcastically yells white power at a rabid protestor screaming “where’s your white hood” in his face?
That’s what we’re up in arms about?

Of course taken in a vacuum it's not a big deal. Of course people are going to completely ignore assholes screaming "frick TRUMP" in the faces of other people. None of that matters.

This isn’t a big deal no one was voting for Trump because he’s sensitive to matters in race relations. This will all be forgotten in the morning. He’ll tweet something worse next week and gotcha crowd will move on.
