More preference, than "stomach", th. I have a 4 yr. old great, granddaughter whose eyes and smile and innocence are that of an angel. Absolutely not but the GOP should propose a constitutional amendment to lock in justices at 9 and get every Dem on record for court packing.

How court packing would look today?
Expand from 9 to 11 Justices
Pass both House and Senate... Senate would need 60 votes to break a filibuster but you could expect the Dems to go nuclear option. President signs and we now 11 justices on the bench.
This is going to be one of those litmus test questions for Dem candidates. Holder isn’t out there on an island this is going to become an issue.
Expand from 9 to 11 Justices
Pass both House and Senate... Senate would need 60 votes to break a filibuster but you could expect the Dems to go nuclear option. President signs and we now 11 justices on the bench.

It's very easy because they are also 100% going to scrap the filibuster. So simple majorities in House and Senate and control of WH and then they add 4 judges to SCOTUS.

More than just tweet it, he should act like he's going to do it. Then let the Dems go on record opposing it, attempt to block it, saying it's unconstitutional and only a dictator would do it.
Then, Trump says: "ok, you're right. We can't do that."
Then let's see what they do next time they're in office

It's amazing. In his college years he was part of an armed takeover of the ROTC on campus. They demanded it be turned into a Black Culture Center.
How in the hell, did someone like that become the chief law enforcement officer of the US??
