Pull all federal funding immediately.
They have no alternative funding source.
They spend
4.9 million on evangelism
But
3.2 million on racial justice.
5.5 million on ethnic ministries
500k on LBGTQ and women (same thing to them)
11.4 million on woke justice in total not counting the 1.1 million on climate change.

Sounds like a commitment to punish based on race....these refugees tried reconciliation; South African government inequities said, "not so fast".

I’ve never had any doubts after they corrupted their seminaries, screwed up the Prayer Book, ordained women, and homosexuals, and made them Bishops. All of that began decades ago.
Unfortunately many conservative “Episcopal” churches (like ours) that left the corrupt Episcopal Church here in America often try to distance themselves from the heretics by using Anglican instead of Episcopal.
Episcopal only refers to church government with Bishops of Dioceses in overall charge of that Diocese’s Parish Churches, Priests, and Deacons under him.
There are a lot of “Anglicans” who refuse to bend the knee to Baal and continue worship our Lord Jesus Christ and believe and preach his gospel.
Please don’t tar us with the same brush as the modern progressive Episcopal Church.

Because they’re farmers, white, and have European ancestry. They also have an understanding of and respect for property rights. Much like my ancestors who came to this land and settled in the 18th century. Which means they’ll be far easier to assimilate than other immigrants, and they can contribute immediately in the places they’re being resettled - Iowa, Minnesota, Idaho.
The episcopals and other social justice gospel dingbats are so committed to virtue signaling on multiculturalism that they’re now openly expressing racism against their own kind. Really bizarre and unfortunate.

My take on this is simple: The SA refugees have a potential to come here and be MAKERS. All the others being promoted in this thread are proven TAKERS. That needs to be the only criteria for the next 50 years, at a minimum. The TAKERS can see if China will accept them.
TEC can do, within the law, whatever they wish with the money given to them by idiots but they should not receive a penny from the taxpayers.

why wouldn’t we prioritize people of European descent who almost assuredly will be able to communicate with Americans and who’s entire existence won’t rely on the generosity of the American populace?

How could this happen - considering their claims of direct apostolic lineage?

Millions of Africans, Hispanics, and Muslim refugees are fine. But 50 white South Africans are where they draw the line. They aren’t even trying to hide it
