damn, so much compassion in this thread for hard working Americans just trying to do their jobs.
nice redirect because that is not what is going on here.
if you're crying every day you come into work because of who was elected president, you need mental help

We are an R&D shop where performance is monitored based on results. Does your boss feel the need to stand over your shoulder? He probably does...

The politization and vilification of scientists and engineers doing important work disturbs them... And all non sheep.

Their only concern had better be making America great, because I don't give a half-used frick about their issues.

I'm not going to walk into a climate change like debate with you now. I haven't got the time, plus I'm stupid. But that's what I was getting at.
The problem seems not to reside in a climate debate. The problem seems to be a faith-based belief within the EPA that any debate, counter-hypotheses, or pragmatism is totally baseless. It seems they feel debate has no place at all in the equation.
In terms of Science, that attitude can and should come back to bite its proponents on their backsides.

Well I may start coming to work crying if Trump kills all the GHG requirements because that is usually our money maker for Q1
The girl right next to me, who only does GHG, is sweating right now

Well here's a first. I actually agree with Hugo on something.

This is the same EPA who has employees that smeared shite in hallways and virtually nothing was done. Time to clean house and fire them all.

Environmental Protection Agency employees have not accepted Donald Trump’s victory and are still “coming to work in tears” more than two months after the election.
“At EPA headquarters, the mood remains dark,” ProPublica reported Wednesday. “A longtime career communications employee said in a phone interview Tuesday that more than a few friends were ‘coming to work in tears’ each morning as they grappled with balancing the practical need to keep their jobs with their concerns for the issues they work on.”
Trump’s victory has been tough for bureaucrats. The State Department held stress workshops after the election so they would not “become paralyzed by fear.” EPA employees were caught crying before, just after the election, as were White House aides. Energy Department employees were granted counseling. Sobbing staffers greeted Hillary Clinton on Capitol Hill a month after her loss.
These are the people who have been 'in charge'

So you work in IT doing basic database work for Web applications and you expect people to believe 50 engineers, scientists, and medical doctors report to you?
Lolzy.

If the EPA bleeding hearts would of kept themselves in check on their rules and regs imposed on American society, maybe they would have better odds of keeping their jobs.

Haven't been this pleased since Reagan fired the Air Traffic Controllers that were on strike.
