I love the Constitution, certainly the Bill of Rights. I was a big admirer of Antonin Scalia.

It should be illegal to burn the American flag. We need to pass a constitutional amendment making it illegal. Burn any flag you want as a symbol of protest but the American flag should be off limits

There will 100% be riots in the future, regardless of this EO. That alone absolves him from what you’re accusing him of. You need WAY more proof to claim what you’re claiming.

Did I say Trump is eroding first amendment rights? Please show me where I said that? What right is President Trump taking from you? Flag is not going to be banned as a expression of speech. If you read the EO you would know that.

I think the OP is right; it is obviously a political PR troll and will indeed be a win for MAGA, who loves the Freedom which that Flag stands for. NWS the apparent 1st Amendment contradiction. And the uglier the flag burning riots get, the better for Republicans. More Miller and Bannon back room plotting most likely.
