The real reason for Macron's trip to Louisiana is to announce a Tour de France cycling event in New Orleans. Lack of NO police has created a problem. LaToya has absolutely no interest in the event coming to NO. It will be down to the wire, but JBE is under the gun to find $$$$ to bring in police from other areas to hold this international cycling event.
