Is there a statute of limitations on the back stab? What about the 3 year old backstab from Cassidy?

Wait, so you are okay with it or not? Let's just get you on record here since you flip flop depending on who is in charge? I believe money should be removed from politics period. How about you?

Huh?

I tried to find it and this is all I got

In Ashlee Vance's 2015 biography, Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future, there is no mention of Elon Musk's views on Donald Trump. At the time of the book's publication, Trump had not yet announced his candidacy for the 2016 presidential election, and Musk had not publicly expressed opinions about him. Therefore, the biography does not include any statements or perspectives from Musk regarding Trump

The biography of Elon Musk, titled Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future, was written by Ashlee Vance. It was published in 2015 and provides a detailed account of Musk's life, career, and vision for the future, based on interviews with Musk himself as well as those who know him personally and professionally.

These are all the senators who voted along with the democrats for the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, the significant gun safety legislation passed during President Biden's term:

Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO)
Senator Richard Burr (R-NC)
Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV)
Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA)
Senator Susan Collins (R-ME)
Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) - Co-negotiator of the bill
Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA)
Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC)
Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) - Senate Minority Leader
Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK)
Senator Rob Portman (R-OH)
Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT)
Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC)
Senator Patrick Toomey (R-PA)
Senator Todd Young (R-IN)

These are the senators who need to be primaried! I think most are up for re-election in 2026.

Yay, I'm so glad this billionaire businessman can buy any election he wants now :) This will improve so much in this country. Maybe we can have a group of billionaires make all the decisions for us. Oh, wait...

Do you want a bunch of minimum wagers running a business as complex as the U.S. government? I don't.

I'll answer that. Yes, in a perfect world, money should be out of politics. But right now, money controls politics and I'm glad that money is on the right side.

I wasn't posting on here whenever that happened whatever you are saying. I did answer your question. I'm not okay with Soros or anyone else doing it because I believe we should be limiting the amount of money that can be spent on campaigns or some other system other than billionaires buying elections. Now will you say if you are for or against it?

So, are you a hypocrite because when Ds are back in power you'll be screaming about it again? Or will you just be okay with both sides buying elections?

There is a much more recent Musk biography. I read it a while back but don't recall his position on Trump.

Huh? So, the false choice you are providing me are minimum wagers or billionaires? I guess those are the only 2 options.

While it is legal I am all for it.

I'd rather it wasn't, but to fight with one arm behind your back is ignorant.

Trump is pushing all the right buttons

Bringing Musk on board was absolutely genius.

Read Walter Issicksons

He traveled with Elon for years and was by his side through a number of big things, like the acquisition of Tritter. Its a pretty amazing read.

"
quote:

Trump might be one of the world's best bullshitters," Musk told Walter Isaacson, according to Isaacson's "Elon Musk." "Like my dad. Bullshitting can sometimes baffle the brain. If you just think of Trump as a sort of con-man performance, then his behavior makes sense."

Isaacson tries to trace Musk's politics throughout the book, noting how he once waited in line for six hours to shake President Barack Obama's hand before somewhat endorsing House Republicans ahead of the 2022 midterms. Musk's biographer also tries to trace the billionaire's relationship with Trump, which began with cautious optimism after the 2016 presidential election and slowly morphed into a disgust for what Isaacson described as "buffoonery."

Yeah, just as I thought just like everyone else on this board as long as your "side" is doing it you are fine with it. If the other side does it, no go
