His companies may have played both sides but maybe his personal money was only donated to Ds. Also, his donations to another party doesn’t lessen the sting of HRC spending his money to lie.

I think everyone needs to understand Elon will not 100% align with conservative views. Hell, it may only be 25% in reality. But what he brings is a willingness to fight the establishment and he has the smarts and money to do it. Our country is failing us right now. We need people like Elon and Trump to fight for us even if that means some sort of compromise in ideology.
