It also helps Russian space dominance to detonate vehicles in low-earth orbits directly over all US space ports, but could just be another coincidence.

Other than ip addresses are like a digital address attached to a digital device and must be connected to the web which can be traced. If he lied about the ip addresses it will be easy to call him out on it. Elon may not be the most eloquent speaker but dude knows tech. Well, a DDOS attack of this size is gonna have A LOT of IP addresses and they usually don’t make those public because… what’s the point? A lot of these will likely be compromised endpoints so the associated IPs are worthless because they aren’t the actual TA’s IP. *If* they find an IP associated with the TA’s command and control of these infected endpoints AND it is associated with attacker owned infrastructure that can be used to identify the group behind this then that likely will get released but there are a few variables that need to get checked off and that will take awhile to produce (if they even can)

Can’t you spoof an IP address? Seems unlikely Ukraine has the ability to do this.
