Here’s a thought: maybe the federal budget shouldn’t be $7.5 trillion!!!

It’s so frustrating to know the amount of fraud that happens with taxpayer dollars…and what makes it so frustrating is what can the normal run of the mill citizen do about it? You do your part and vote yet the corruption is there.

If fraud is this bad under known government programs then how much money is siphoned away to black projects that we don’t have any clue about.

Who the hell knows what all tax money is going to.

Covid and the illusion of self-government may be the two greatest lies ever told.

Blue beam us. We ready.

If these numbers are accurate, heads truly need to roll. That would mean the entirety of the national debt is due to fraud. And can you imagine the lack of inflation without all those extra dollars circulating?

You're assuming nothing fills the void created by beating fedgov back into its box.

Nobody would starve. We'd have safer streets and we'd teach our kids more effectively. To believe otherwise, you'd kinda have to believe the federal government is doing good work, and I don't think either one of us believe that.

think it's the opposite, name me one promise or deadline Elon has publicly stated and actually came through on?

So what if the fraud is verified in 1 year or 3 years? What difference does that make?

You have made this argument multiple times in this thread. How about be happy that some of this shite is being exposed. Be happy with progress.

Remember when he was gonna find 2 trillion in fraud, but couldn't so he just kinda gave up?

That's what he does, runs his mouth about shite, then when the smart people tell him it's impossible, he deflects and focuses on some other thing that doesn't work.

Eliminate fraud, eliminate agencies, eliminate positions in remaining agencies …

Taxpayers would be poopin in high cotton if we did all of the above.

Politicians are self-serving scoundrels

Who said this? As time goes on, and more illegalities are found, it actually looks to be more probable.

Back to the original question…..why does the “deadline “ matter? Just keep making positive progress.

No. No reason at all. Just look around you. All is fine.

Seriously wtf is wrong with you people? From your point of view why not just shrug it off and see where the chips fall, rather than comment? Why do you want to be contrarian and automatically assume of all things, that the govt is not wasting your money. What’s your angle or end game? I simply don’t get it.

There's nothing to answer. Do you hang out with people who are always promising things and never coming through? Do you hang out with people constantly missing deadlines?
