What about anything I've ever posted here makes you think I give a shite about playing nice...with anyone?

If your “point” earlier was that the burden is tougher for Elon, that’s true. I’d also imagine that Bowman’s defense lawyers will have a harder time with “thief” than “nazi” when it comes to defending the case.

I agree.

Like how? Barking at him and then sending a strongly worded letter?

Yea this is my point about Elon having unlimited money. He might not win but he can make it hurt financially and send a message to others to stop slandering him

Put your real name here and allow the board to spread lies about you publicly, and then get back to us.

Plenty of posters know my real name and I suppose they could easily spread lies about me publicly but I’m not a controversial person who actively tries to harm Americans so no one is motivated to do that.

Right is right, and wrong is wrong.

How often do you cuss and call me names on here? But that’s “right”? I guess only middle aged billionaire men deserve to NOT be called names? You could at least try to be consistent.

Then again, you are a leftist.

Can you even define this? I’m a leftist because I distrust the government and understand that no politicians give one single shite about me or you?

quote:

As such, you believe in Dems not having laws applied to them.

Here you go spreading lies about me in a thread in which you are chastising me for not being upset that someone called Elon Musk names.

Either way, Bowman is fricked.

As is the norm, these black, ignorant and arrogant mother frickers always talk shite...and keep paying.

frick Bowman and frick CNN.

It’s hard to win slander law suits, but hopefully the dude gets hurt financially by having to pay legal expenses (or would CNN pay?).

Lloyd's E&O department making a fortune with the legacy media and CNN.

Their premiums must be astronomical.

i guys you lost me. We both agree that we have the natural right to be speech. I don't understand why that doesn't apply to the press.. however you define press

The gov isn’t locking up anyone. This is a private citizen/public figure being slandered by the press. Elon isn’t putting them in jail. They have the right to say what they said it just isn’t consequence free.
