watch the video again, look at where all their guns are aimed at the end, he gets tackled a few feet after he passes the camera. so the agents arent going to shoot when other agents are in the background and in tacking range. also its probably protocol to tackle in that situation if you are that close to him and hes running towards a room with the president in it. if they shoot and miss or the bullets dont stop him immediately he still can keep running towards the president

He’s running full speed through a narrow hallway. There was crossfire issues on both sections; imagine trying to hit a moving target under stress and not trying to hit any friendlies
