He probably heard a rumor that Trump people were looking for a way to get Trump into Baltimore to talk to the people and wanted to get ahead of it so he could get the credit for bringing him there.

Trump needs to hold some rallies in the Dim strongholds and take his message of prosperity and Americanism to the people who need it most. Start off in Baltimore, then head to NY, Chicago, Denver, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco and for sure LA. I think he increases his chances of pulling 15-20% of the black vote if he does that.

My prediction...Cummings will back down off his moral sanctimony high horse. Of course, he can pick a fight...but he can no longer hide behind the Race card. They've use it up. It's becoming powerless. And Trump has exposed that truth. Which is good for National unity...once the usual race baiters melt.
