Anyone wanna math this out?

I seem to remember that was if you took the entire capex hit in FY1. Which is a retarded click bait take at best.

If you spent 80k on that truck vs 55k for a similar gas model, you'll never recoup that cost. Maybe that's worth it to you but to many it's not.

I’ll never own a new truck or SUV again, it’s not worth it to me at these prices plus the shitty interest rates, even at credit unions to be locked into something for five years at $80K.

Electric Cars Are An Expensive Scam

Electric cars are starting to become as affordable as their ICE counterparts

Show me the ICE equivalent of a Tesla Model 3 or Y and let me know how much it costs.

A Model 3 Long Range w/ Auto Pilot is about equivalent to a BMW M340i.

I’d normally say I’d take the non-Tesla but I’m not sure how bad BMW has dicked up the 3 series. All their other interior upgrades lately have been downgrades insofar they’ve become more touchscreen dependent like Teslas.

I don't think about this kind of stuff. I had a need, I bought the truck and that's that. I kept my Tundra for 15 years. So in the time you owned three vehicles, I owned one.
