Pelosi letter says "near" agreement w/ Trump admin includes:
-- Free testing for all
-- Paid leave (14 days of sick leave + 3 months paid family leave)
-- Beefed up unemployment insurance
-- SNAP, senior nutrition assistance, food bank $
