I'd settle this in about 5 minutes.
This is how it's going to work
If you claim you were sexually assaulted by Kav, fine we will investigate, and if it turns out that we discover facts that support your claim he will be hung in public. If not, you will be hung in public. You have 30 minutes to decide if you want to move forward or not.
In addition, all public officials who are proven to have insisted that claims are true but no proof can be found to support the allegations will also be hung.
