Basically, if you are deficient in something, you should supplement. A normal healthy person with a balanced diet won’t boost his immune system with vitamins or probiotics. He might benefit from the placebo effect though.

Don’t eat butter or salt. Viruses love butter and salt. Do not eat red meat unless a last resort. Sun gaze for 5 minutes every day. The energy from the sun gets in your eyeball tissues and penetrates the optic nerve which then dispatches it all the way to your toes. The suns energy kills the virus.

I'm in the north woods of Wisconsin..a lot of land. I think I'm gonna hunt some Chaga when the snow melts, just for shitts and giggles.
I have a couple friends that swear it's helped with arthritis over an extended time period. That may prove it to be more than a placebo effect.

Bunch of bullshite.
I know for a fact that eating bats (alive) is a big part of all this.

No shortage here..nobody seems to be doing anything different.
But ya....the KimChi is spicy!
* I save about a quart and give the rest to a few friends that look forward to it. A little goes a long way*

So you advocate for probiotics, but also dysregulate your gut microbiota and immune function via the consumption of alcohol?
Solid strategy.

thanks
dry red wine is a probiotic, as is a shot of tequila per day
Merck and Pfizer probably don't want you to know that

looked at a near empty grocery store and there was still plenty of pickles and sour kraut
I'd rather get a combination of syphilis, dysentery and strep throat than eat sauerkraut. You can keep your rotten cabbage
But I do intake plenty of fiber and on average roughly 500% Vitamin C daily intake.
