.03 net weight of the gummy is what I understand. 8mg of thc weighs less than .03% of each gummy

Once upon a time, people would go to the fields that had cows and harvest the mushrooms but they didn't put the cows there to begin with. Now mushrooms are grown indoors. And the poster that said its the next boom is correct. People who micro dose mushrooms will almost definitely like the experience.

Marijuana and hemp are the same species. For some reason they decided to make the Latin/Spanish word for the same thing mean higher in THC and the English/Germanic word mean lower in THC.

The hemp bill created a marketing loophole. The gummies and flower you’re seeing is legit cannabis. They’re just using words like delta9 and thca. ALL cannabis has D9, D8, THCA. It just depends on the strain that’s being grown. Look at the testing below from MS medical flower: it’s completely legal under the farm bill since % of D9 is below the legal limit, but the thca is 31.4%. Thca won’t give you effects unless it’s decarbed (lit with lighter and inhaled or heated in oven to make edibles).

Dragginass’s explanation is precisely my understanding. The .3% is what qualifies the substance as “hemp,” but the THC levels derived from it are typically 5-10 mg per serving. If you’re in La., just read the THC seltzer cans (Driftee, Louie Louie, etc). Some are 50 mg per can, although recent legislation will only allow (I think) 8 mg per serving. This is all for La only, not the feds or any other state.
