That's way too much truth for him to contemplate.
He'll just fall back to "muh due process" and beat that dead horse.

There are both affirmative and defensive methods to apply for asylum. What they all have in common is that you first must get to the US.
We should be pushing for more safe thirds as a long term diplomatic solution....

How can someone who knowingly breaks into your house illegally without your permission have rights to that house?
Would some scum bag TD lawyer please explain this?

These ridiculous laws that allow people to break into your home while you’re gone and claim squatters rights and you have to go to court to have them removed.
These people came into the country illegally without proper documentation and paperwork and should leave the same way.
frick whatever laws you think allows them to remain here for years while waiting on the court hearing.
Playing devil's advocate here... Let's say a citizen is picked up on an overly ambitious ICE detainer. At what point in the process do they get in front of a judge to show their proof of ID?
Before you say that's stupid and will never happen, it's happened a couple of times over the last month or so.

Civil Law Property class was a long long time ago but I’ll give it a shot. This is in Louisiana now.
Adverse acquisitive prescription because we don’t want land and buildings to just sit there forever and waste away and not be used for any purpose or provide any benefit if the owner doesn’t use it or care about it. Course it takes 30 years for that.
You have to follow proper procedures to get the house back. What if you are lying that it’s your house? There are also rights of possession that you can obtain but you don’t own the house such as a lease.

What is the official US government process for asylum seekers? What steps are they told to take by the US government to come here and seek asylum?
Military aged males shouldn’t be allowed to”asylum” status from anywhere.

3x Trump voter here
Due process for illegals sounds crazy.
However, without due process of some kind, how can we ensure that this is only happening to illegals and how can we be sure it is not happening to citizens?
I do not believe this has happened, but imagine when a democrat is back in the white house and they are in charge of grabbing people and deporting them, might they grab a citizen that opposes them?

The Kilmar case has nothing to do with due process besides acting as a vehicle to get that scumbag back into the country.
If the dim-marxists manage to get Kilmar back they are praying to their god satan that Trump holds a hearing and wins the right to deport him.
They will have the bricks stacked up at every blue controlled city intersection.
Kilmer is the powderkeg and a second deportation is the fuse.

Florida Citizen detained under new ICE procedures
quote:
Juan Carlos Lopez-Gomez, a 20-year-old U.S. citizen, was being held in the Leon County Jail Thursday, charged with illegally entering Florida as an “unauthorized alien” — even as a supporter waved his U.S. birth certificate in court.
A Florida Highway Patrol trooper arrested Lopez-Gomez after a traffic stop in which he was a passenger. The 20-year-old is set to remain in jail for the next 48 hours, waiting for federal immigration officials to pick him up despite his first-degree misdemeanor charge being dropped.

If you were picked up by an overly ambitious ICE detainer:
How long would it take for you to prove your citizenship????

So he’s not getting deported?

If you don't have a court date, or access to your birth certificate, I am curious how that would work?

Only because he was picked up on a state charge first, and had a court date, i.e. due process.

So there is due process. What the frick are whining about?

I think in the Maryland case he had an order that he not be deported because he would be in danger of being killed in his home country. The order was still valid when he got deported. The order needed to be removed first by a hearing. That’s the due process that’s missing they are screaming about. And they are right. Hate to say it.
The problem now is the President of El Salvador won’t let him go back to the US to have a hearing.

Due process should be “prove your citizenship”. No? You gotta go. There will be some mistakes made and quite frankly, I’m perfectly fine with that.
That’s what happens when 20+ million come and 20+ million need to be deported in a short time frame. Maybe if it were only a few hundred thousand we could be more discerning but thanks to democrat policies we have a mass deportation event on our hands. So 100% of the blame for anyone mistakenly deported rests solely on the democrats. Own your mistakes.

I don’t give a frick about that guy or that order. See my above post. If he dies, it’s on the policies that allowed millions of them in. Not on the people that sent him where he rightfully belonged.

Are you of the opinion that the millions sneaking across our boarder are all asylum seekers? You people are beyond pathetic
