Drone footage of the wall being built

This is drone footage from last summer and the reason Trump is now saying "Finish the wall"
The media has done everything they can to keep it under wraps but large portions of the wall have already started to be built in various places (such as outside San Diego and El Paso, etc.)

In this video you can see they are replacing hundreds of miles of this, which is just designed to keep vehicles out.

After watching the video, they need to leave the dragons teeth at the base of the new wall so that if anyone tries to climb it and jump over they will land on the dragons teeth.

How far apart are those steel bars?? I know looks can be deceiving depending on the angle of the photo, but it looks like a person can fit through.
