That's a helluva specific sample size.
Only including those already in correctional facilities with at least a high school diploma/equivalent within an age group only spanning 16 years.

Plus it says nothing about CRIME RATE, just incarceration rate of a very specific group.

Also, their methodology is terrible to draw the conclusion they draw. They only use one year, instead of looking at a panel of data. My initial post was correct. I doubt this "research" can stand up to any serious peer review.
