100%. There's no other reason to do this to children. Its pure grooming

What about sexualizing them through pop culture? I am not disagreeing with you. I am just asking if protesting it makes it more popular. In the 90s we all went to gay bars to avoid meatheads hitting on us but no one took their 6 year olds to the show. The only reason it’s a thing now is because it’s the best way to get coverage.

Thats why my kids weren't allowed to watch whatever they wanted. Is your point that Hollywood overly sexualizes kids so its ok to attend in person and watch drag queens do the same?

Good parents protect their children from overly sexualized adults. Shitty parents attend drag queen story time so they can get virtue signaling points from their peers.

Don’t be a dick. I’m not being rude to you. We should be able to converse while having our own opinions. Don’t fall victim of identity politics. You would approve of my lifestyle and consider me a great parent if you knew me IRL.

Listen, drag sbows are burlesque. Its the realm of adults, not children.

I don't see this as a difficult thing to be honest. Protect your kids from adults who sexualize children.

But it's family friendly guys it's totally family friendly to let your children watch a man pretending to be a woman hump railing. The parents that take their children to this deserve to have their parental rights revoked.

No not my stance at all. I am saying the drag shows are a small part of a larger issue. I have 7 and 10 y/o girls and shopping for clothing can even be difficult. Society at large sexualizes children and has for a long time. Think about Britney in a school girl uniform. Why? The drag shows are absolutely inappropriate for children. Even a queen reading books to children is unnecessary. When is the last time you saw a queen shopping at the local grocery store? Pushing the issues on kids when they should be thinking about unicorns, dragons and cotton candy is assinine.

Roger-I think we are saying the same thing. I just wish media would take the same stance as not saying a mass murderers name. Take the glory and media coverage away and no one is taking their kids to a boring lip syncing show to virtue signal.

The're still celebrating the Columbine killers.

The best gift my parents gave to me was a ban on tv and radio (except baseball games on radio)

We learned to entertain and think for ourselves. It was the best gift a parent can give to a child.

I honestly don't care about shite like this.
Is it wrong? Absolutely.

However, it isn't against the law to be a bad parent.

I do. I would never patriciate in something like this. If something like this came to my kids school or any other place my kids frequent I would put a stop to it because that is a part of parenting.

If parents decide to take their kids to this what LEGAL course of action can you take right now?

That's not necessarily true. Push the envelope far enough and it becomes a legal issue.

That probably depends on some very subjective judgements made by the agencies that handle this sort of thing.
