This really just means gamblers have found value in the odds for each state not that they think Trump will actually win New York or California, but he has a better chance than the odds suggest.

This is just a straight up who do you think wins the nationwide electoral college. So Colorado is the only state where they think that Biden wins the election.

I wish you has=d a link. I read that as each BETTORS from each state votes "who will win" look like that.
Meaning..In Cali: more people who BET have said "Trump wins" than bet that "Biden wins". Not that they are saying he will win "California" . Only that the people in California who betted most often bet on Trump winning.

Does this mean that the majority of people in each state, except for CO, think that Trump will win? Not that they think that Trump will win 49 states?
