As I pointed out before, if you want to show if a person wants to help abused kids OR if he wants to peddle bullshite, bring up how if we want to do something to make a dent in CSA, the best use of resources is to monitor family first, friends of family second, and associates of the family third.
If they reject this, they want to peddle bullshite and aren't serious about making an impact on CSA

I said CSA is happening, specifically. I just said that family is the most likely culprit, family friends second, and associates of the family third. Children being abused by people they don't know is VERY rare. It happens, and its terrible, but it's still rare.
