It can be a felony if the falsification occurs in the context of another crime. The misdemeanor statute of limitations has already expired, but the felony version hasn't, so presumably they would be considering the felony.

He is on tape telling his attorney any payment has to be “on the up and up”. This is a tape his attorney surreptitiously took and the authorities have. You know this. You supporting this indictment is nothing more than you approving of weaponizing government agencies against your political enemies. It’s ok to call them out no matter how much you hate trump.

So about 200-300 people out of over 100k got rowdy. And no guns, other than maybe a handful of small side arms never unholstered. The largest privately armed political group in the world, and not a shot fired by any of them. You lefties are weak if this tiny display scares you so bad. I'd think about that if I were you.
