Who is that guy the queen wants to keep Trump away from?

He's an MEP that has pushed the Brexit issue for almost 20 years. He's basically a thorn in the side of the EU because he calls them out on their plans to consolidate control of a continent into the hands of a few non-elected, socialist bureaucrats

ETA - here's a clip of him at the EU the day after the Brexit vote

Hell, invite Farange here. Problem solved.

They might not even let him leave or would put him in jail over it. They are a lost state. One World Socialism runs the UK now. Better fall in line.

They really are getting eerily statist.

That's why I love watching Farage clips. He talks so much shite in the most British way possible. Dry, sharp, polite, and very witty.

Trump should bring Pompao and Bolton with him and they should all get off Air Force One dressed like this.

Didn't we just celebrate some sort of holiday recognizing a time in history where the British tried to tell American leaders what to do? If I recall correctly, said leaders in America wrote a letter telling Britain to frick off. I think things worked out ok for the US

Meh. It's like if the British PM (or any other head of state) came to the US and met with Trump ...and Hillary Clinton.

It's not a freedom thing, it's a diplomatic thing.

Kind of like when Merkel and the EU leaders met with Obama after Trump was elected? Trump should do whatever he wants over there and the Brits will still be groveling for our aid.

It's a stupid thing. As a head of state, one should not be saying "XXX must not meet with YYY". Even if there is no actual intention to prevent such a meeting, it smacks of tyranny to suggest that people should not meet and talk to one another.

Also, meeting with Farage is not analogous to meeting with HRC. Farage never ran for Prime Minister. A more accurate comparison would be to say that a foreign leader might want to meet with Chuck Schumer. I don't see why that would be a problem.

Macron did an address to the Congress on his recent visit. Trump said nothing discouraging about it that I recall.
