Don Lemon might not be long for CNN

He's out on his morning show to start the week due to sexist remarks he recently made about Nikki Haley. Apparently serious discussions are ongoing about his future at the network.

Sources told Confinder that a new schedule is in place per CNN management, and Lemon is not on it. Instead, Poppy Harlow will be accompanied by Sara Sidner and Kaitlan Collins, who is in Poland, the Daily Beast reports.
"There are ongoing conversations about Don’s future," a source told Confider. "He is a constant distraction."
Lemon apologized to CNN staffers over the remarks on Friday after having said "Nikki Haley isn't in her prime, sorry," Lemon said. This in response to Haley calling for politicians over the age of 75 to take "mental competency tests." CNN CEO Christ Licht had said he was "disappointed" by the remarks.

As much as I can’t stand that guy, the comments he made were harmless and technically accurate.
This is what he said:
"She says people, politicians are not in their prime. Nikki Haley is not in her prime, sorry. A woman is considered to be in her prime in her 20s, 30s and maybe her 40s."
I don’t see how that’s sexist and while I won’t complain if he’s homeless under a bridge tomorrow, this is prime cancel culture.
The thing that bothers me most is that he would’ve never said this about a Democrat.

He's always been a token hire @ CNN. Remember, this 'serious' journalist asked if the missing MAL airliner could have gotten sucked into a mini-black hole.

Jeez, I certainly don’t seek to defend Don Lemon but of all the slanderous and outrageous remarks by Lemon over the years, that is the offending remark?

Scientifically it’s absolutely true and socially it is almost always true. Try asking a single woman in her 40s or 50s how her dating life compares to when she was in her 20s.

The matter of "in their prime" in his reference was sexist. The matter was over leadership, not if a woman is sexually in her prime.
