These people have 0 credibility and anything they say or produce as evidence later should be taken with a grain of salt or tossed to the side altogether.

I’d say the most likely case from the DOJ filing is that they got evidence of Trump’s team taking active steps to hide documents from the government’s subpoena even after the attorneys had signed an affidavit in June that there were no more documents marked classified. There is no evidence the DOJ was just sitting around waiting on this. They have been working with Trump’s team to get them back since they were alerted by the archives earlier this year which they should.

The one unmarked cache folder of documents is flipped over.

They’re trying to win it in the court of public opinion, rather than in a courtroom. Get the media to spread enough disinformation and you contaminate any potential jury pool.
